Alan Navarro is a professional graphic artist, photographer and web designer. He has over 10 years of print design, web design and digital prepress production experience. He traces his creative roots to growing up in Mexico City. From a very early age Alan has had a keen desire for discovery, a knack for creativity and a desire to live a full and meaningful life. Alan attained his B.S. in Graphic Communication from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Alan has extensive knowledge of a wide range of applications and programming languages, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, Java, ActionScript, Adobe Flash, Apple Apeture and Final Cut Pro among others.
Alan Believes that defining a strong visual identity and creating a fantastic customer experience are essential to developing a successful brand. He has worked for many clients in a diverse number of fields that include restaurants, bars, real estate developers, financial service firms, artists and newspapers. Some of his projects include magazine layouts, event invitations, advertisements, database layouts, corporate identities, brand logos, custom photography and websites.
Alan currently resides in New York City. He has worked for TIME Inc., coordinating all aspects of digital-based advertising for magazines. He now works for MTV Networks where he is at the forefront of the latest trends and technologies in Online advertising.
